The staff were fantastic! So helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and they apologized that they did not have a room available, but they safely stored our luggage, delivered it to the room and called us when the room was available. Our room fridge died during our second day and it was replaced in less than 15 minutes! The view was great. The location is very central and so convenient, particularly with the tourist information office right next door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very convenient, just across the dock to catch cruise which is why we chose this hotel. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff were very friendly and so easy to deal with. We got approval for late check out which we were very grateful for as check in for the cruise was 12pm

Rest and relax at Msocial..
Was a very pleasant enjoyable stay here the staff friendly and the service excellent except the restaurant meat lamb rack was very rare and not sure why it wasn’t explained or I would have ordered something else. Also service provided to the door was via a Robot called Harry and it was novel efficient and very cute. Great stay great Hotel with Great service.

Great location, super close to Commercial Bay, Britomart and Viaduct. Valet parking was easy and reasonably priced. Only negative was it was really noisy from outside but it was a Saturday night and we were on the 4th floor

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and eager to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Our comfortable room had a fabulous harbor view. The hotel location at the heart of the CBD and harbor were exactly what we wanted. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. We would stay again.
