I booked through wotif, it very easy and when I called the property to make a small change, it was done without fuss. Check in was simple, room was ready. Rooms are small but perfect for us as we were only staying overnight. Bed was comfy and bathroom is great! Has everything you need, very clean, quiet and excellent block out curtains. Would definitely stay there again if needed and highly recommended.

I really liked it. Bus stop right across road so easy to use bus. Only downside is far away from the main bus hub and train station. Staff were great and nice. Room was very tidy and clean.

Best stay at Mercure Auckland
The best stay of all my business trips. I had a great room on the 7th floor over looking the SkyTower. Although i was concerned about the noise due to location in city. It was so quiet. They also offer parking at a fee but very convinient.
