Check in staff lovely and friendly. Choose valet parking next time as the Wilson car park below a pain, lift didn’t work and cost more than valet, needed to top up payment multiple times. Lovely hotel, bathroom dated and small. Overall nice for a weekend getaway

Like the layout of the lobby. The coffee at the bar was amazing! We weren’t the awards night so the food was exceptional overall good night. Few loose items in the room, towel hanger and grab rail loose. Parking was tricky and expensive especially if you have a little one.

Good but not up to it’s usual standard
Regular returning guest. Was a busy Friday night which is not a day I usually stay. I felt the valet, bar etc was understaffed & overwhelmed, not the usual high standard of service I have come to know. One of the bar staff was particularly rude. Lifts very slow & out of order which is becoming a recurring theme !! Otherwise everything else was great, pool, spa, gym, breakfast etc. considering how busy the hotel was it was a nice quiet room experience.

Great spot just a short walk from downtown. Beautiful park across the road to explore. Great indoor pool, spa, sauna area. Great happy hour in the bar daily and the restaurant has outstanding food, worth staying in for dinner. We hired a car while in town and they have a parking lot right underneath which was so convenient.

As a repeat customer I feel very at home with this hotel. Everything you need all in one place. Excellent on site bar & restaurant. Excellent breakfast options. Fantastic pool, gym complex. Received great service from check in staff. Convenient if you went to walk into town or you can just relax & stay in.
