This property overall was a great choice in a great place. The only thing that was a lwt down was the washer/dryer combo machine didnt work properly. Would still stay again though

Over an hour after the book in time before we got into our room. Reception staff unconcerned. Premium one bedroom apartment was very tired. Kitchen tap and bathroom sink taps were very loose; cupboard door hinges were hanging; cracked tiles on the kitchen floor. The apartment was self catering but had no dish cloth, no tea towel and no milk left in the room when we arrived. Only the short flush worked on the toilet. Left a message at reception asking to speak to a manager but nothing ever happened. This is very sad as we stayed here in June in a Classic one bedroom apartment and were very pleased which led us to book again for this trip. No longer able to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Mouldy bathroom and the bathroom itself was too small with nowhere to put amentities or clothes. Broken shower screen replaced with curtain. No exhaust fan or natural light so very stuffy. Dated furnishings and parking advertised for $35 but staff wanted to charge $40. Very limited alternative parking nearby.

Hotel is a bit dated although it says that it has a kitchenette it did not have utensils.Very small saucepan without a lid no lid for the pan. No oven tray. I specifically booked this because I wanted to cook food although the staff tried to provide some of the cooking utensils they did not have proper sauce pans . Staff tried to give something to help out every time I asked for a item so manged with what I had but it made my stay uncomfortable.Nice staff in the reception in the kitchen and who came in to the room to deliver stuff.buffet was average but had hot food .

Great location, apartment looks in need of some updating/maintenance. The heat pump didn't work and there was summer bedding on bed with no spare blankets in cupboards so we actually froze all night

Terrific value for money. Big studio room with kitchen, washing machine (a big bonus) and nice view. Erratic lifts a small issue but for less than NZ$100/night it is hard to beat in Auckland.

Units both very aged and in need of refurb. Only 1 lift working - barely fit our family with luggage, very long wait on arrival to get up to our rooms due to this. We only stayed one night and needed cheap, would not recommend for longer or if can afford more.
