The ideal low-cost facility for us arriving late and having to leave early. The staff were super-helpful, the place was clean and tidy and quiet, and the airport shuttle bus worked just as promised! (I was informed of the travel time and factored that into our schedule), Couldn't be happier. thank you folks.

Room was not as it appeared online. Explanation of where room was, was not clear. Musty, dirty smell in lounge. I picked this as it was slightly cheaper from where I've stayed before - wished now that I hadn't been so frugal.

This motel was much better than I expected. The room was freshly decorated and relatively clean. It was inconvenient to have to go to the motel next door to check in/out, but that was a minor inconvenience. I would stay here again

Hi, the room was nice and clean even when you could notice the used condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. The carpark is convenient. A good option if you need to stay a night close to the Airport as the Airport Bus service is stopping. Kr HH

Convenient overnight for airport
Easy, basic but clean and comfy overnight stop for airport. Note check in at next door hotel but stil v easy. Free shuttle is the Yellow Bus - wasn’t super easy from booking instructions that this was the case but still convenient once worked that out

Its a backpacker’s place, not designed for longer stays. Do not expect hotel level amenities. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Facility was ok, restaurant next door was ok.

I liked the location and price but the shared laundry needs work the maintenance work is cheap the floors in hallways are uneven. The sliding doors don’t operate correctly in room, window latches all broken in 78 so can’t open. Wifi not the best and Laundry carts left in hallways blocking fire exits.

I couldn't get the tv to work. Dead batteries? I didn't understand how to-gain access to VR hotel as it was located in a different building to the reception I returned to the reception desk and a house boy escorted me to my room. All good. The room was basic and ok You get what you pay for and it was cheap I did not expect luxury Renovations are underway with pool etc. so I understand the outside area was limited. It was ok but there were fleas the rashes were really big; the washing machine was out of order and every time I would take a nice hot shower there was no air circulation leaving the bathroom with a yucky mucky atmosphere. On top of that the toilet was in there so that was disgusting every time the atmosphere was mucky.

We liked the fact that we could sleep in a quiet comfortable room with ensuite bathroom after our long trip from Perth. The shuttle bus was very convenient although some people had difficulty finding the right bus stop which was Stop D . There were lots of people milling around trying to catch a bus into the city.
