having checked out by 10 am on the 31st of December , my security deposit has not been refunded as of 02-01, there is no reason why this has not been done as banking is available 24-7. this refund should have been made on the 31st. this is not acceptable. and I will made sure that I will inform others. No information about room service or restaurant was available in the room

Good for one night. But very noisy in and out. The door are heavy and clang loudly and unfortunately our room was just above the skip bins. Air con rubbish. But convenient and restaurant great. Room service mucked up and phone didn’t work.

Had trouble with the 'key' making the electric work in the room, and I walked all the way down to the front desk to ask about it and came back feeling like they insulted me. Then we couldn't find the hair dryer and had to go all the way back down to the front desk and come to find out there's a faux hidden door in the room. Why didn't they tell us this at check in???? Toilet didn't flush well. Plug outlets were next to the floor. No one wants to get on their hands and knees in some hotel to find the outlets!!! This is the case in both rooms (bedroom and bathroom).
