The hotel is located near the end of the tram line and is then easy to get into the town centre. A supermarket, with excellent bakery is close by, so sandwiches, cakes are available early am onwards. Hotel staff are friendly and room was clean, comfortable and airconditioned. Would highly recommend

There was no front desk service when we arrived. A fellow guest tried to help out by advising us to check our e-mails for check-in instructions and a pin code to access our room key in the safe. We however did not receive any check-in instructions via e-mail or the expedia app and had to phone a number to get the pin code. Rooms are basic in line with the facilities expected of a budget hotel. Aur conditioner was very noisy and the shower was small and quite slippery.

I stayed in this hotel two times in one trip, everything was great, especially the breakfast and the complimentary coffee from the coffee machine round-the-clock. BUT! Make sure they send you the code from the box with the keys to the e-mail. I stayed in the hotel for two times and the first time they didn’t send me the code. The reception was not working in the evening and the phone didn’t respond. I found the alternative phone number of the hotel chain and finally got the code, but it was a quest. +49 821 80770 this is right number of the hotel. Anyway, my stay was good. They hotel has a perfect quality-price rate as for the region.

The accommodation booked was for a 3,5 star hotel. At best this hotel was a budget hotel of 2 to 2.5 star. Staff went home from 6pm, with no assistance until the next shift the next day. The beds were thrown together low and of a poor standard. The bathroom shower did not work correctly and had no washing soap for our first night. The Wifi was non existent although advertised at 25+mbs In general the the accommodation is what you would expect for a 2 star hostel. I am unsure who gives the star ratings but usually they are based on the rooms and facilities

Zimmer 301 ist eine Vollkatastrophe! Wir sind erst um 20.30 Uhr angekommen, da ist niemand mehr da zur Ansprache oder Zimmertausch. Hätte ich das im Hellen gesehen, wäre ich nicht geblieben.. Unprofessionell teilrenovierte Ex-Wohnung, teils uralt, offene Glühbirnen, verdreckte Dusche, schmutzige Bettwäsche, eklige Spinnweben im Fenster, zweites Uraltbad, Löcher in den Wänden, zerbrochene Handtuchhalter, vergammelte Türen und Rahmen. Man mag nichts anfassen, alles schmuddelig und heruntergekommen. Frühstück waren keine zwei Sterne. Schmuddelige Tische, Essen nicht ansprechend.. Keinen Cent wert! Wäre der Check-in-Zettel mit meinem Namen nicht gewesen, hätte ich gedacht, ich bin im falschen Haus gelandet. Echt üble Absteige, kein Stern wert!
