Drug users and dealers everywhere, neighborhood was unsafe. Not to mention the floor was soaking wet the next morning from the ac leaking over night. The room was smelly and disgusting. The pictures on here if the motel are very deceiving doesn't look like that at all.

It was horrible nothing worked, the ac leaked and had water everywhere, no towels, fridge didn’t work, Wi-Fi didn’t work, cable didn’t work and bathroom lights didn’t work, worst experience ever I want my money back

It’s an older property that hasn’t seen a lot of maintenance, but it was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was right.

When I booked my room here it said that the hotel had contenential breakfast that was offered as an amenity and as a general rule when a place list a television in the room, there is usually some programming hook on to the TV, whether it be satelitte,cable,or at the very least antenna TV programming, but when i got to my room and turned on my TV it just said "no programming provided". To top it all off, when i got to the room the air conditioner wasnt on at all so it was unbearable hot and musty in there, and it took at least an hour to start to cool down enough to be comfortable. When you list a hotel as having ameneties and allow people to book those rooms, you should provide some sort of refund if those things arent provided. I only had one night in a room in the past four days because Im always on the road for work and I had that night and morning ruined by false promises of amentities that were not even offered much less provided regularly.

I don't know how you can charge somebody.Almost $200 or room.The door barely shuts the bathroom exhaust fan.Don't work the hotel's stonk of like mildew.The bathroom was disgusting AC barely worked.it was a just a joke

The pictures on website are deceiving. Nothing compared to the property or room. Broken AC. Dirty floor bathrooms. Grime in the corners. Smelled like cigarette smoke. It was a roach motel Very deceiving.

With my itinerary shown at desk they said they were under renovation and didn’t have rooms left. That is HORRIBLE to have good customers. I willNOT be going through hotels.com again!
