Staff is on top of things. I love the smell of cleanliness and the cleaning staff is always working. Very nice employees and booking staff as well. I've enjoyed my stay and I'll be staying at least another week. I like the Masters Inn and everyone I have met who works there. Very nice location. The Masters Inn in my opinion doesn't overcharge me for my room . I'm completely satisfied!!

O valor e a localização estão okay. mas o quarto estava cheirando muita fumaça de cigarro o chão estava bastante sujo. e a roupa de cama tinha mancha. comprei e utilizei lysoform para conseguir ficar no quarto. The price and location were okay. but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. the floor was very dirty. and the bed linen had stains. I bought and used lysoform to be able to stay in the room.

It was your average Augusta hotel that’s not crazy expensive. You get what you pay for.

We have stayed at this hotel before for the Maters in 2022. It wasn’t great but the price was right and the location was perfect. We decided to stay there again this year since we knew what we were dealing with. You can’t beat the price. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they had updated the room! New bathroom, new floor, what seemed to be a new mattress and sheets. It is an older hotel but you can’t beat the location or the price. Friendly staff!

I was at The masters inn for 8 days and was very comfortable for the first 2 nights… after that house keeping stopped making my room, giving me towels and making my bed. It was very annoying, I had a toddler with me- I spoke to members of staff and they all told me that I should speak to reception, and even after I did that by day after day my room went uncleaned. I was often woken up in the middle of the night by whatever commotion (fights, arguments, shouting) was going on outside. I barely slept. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like when it was carpeted, because even with the vinyl floor they are refusing to keep it clean.

I was worried seeing other reviews but when I got there everything was perfect. Bed was clean. Had a microwave AND fridge, you’d be surprised how many more expensive hotels DON’T do that anymore, lively area to walk around. Plenty of food options around. Great price even DURING Master’s week. Happy overall.

Good enough!
Basics is what I needed and that’s what I got. Nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff. Would have been nice to have a few chairs outside so I could have a smoke away from everyone. Some hangers would also be nice.
