The hotel is ver small. We stayed for a cheer competition and decided to let my girls use the pool however when I came time to dry off there were towels. My husband went to front desk to ask and he said unfortunately that’s all they had. The resturant/bar was closed before 8pm. The attendant that was supposed to be at front desk was never there. I was looking for something I had dropped on my way up to my room the previous night but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Overall needs some updating not absolutely horrible but definitely could be better.

I need some kind of refund. There were lady bugs in the room especially at night. I found it very difficult to stay in the room. I told the hotel staff about it and they promised to do something about it but they did not. I stayed for 3 nights, there were ladybugs on my bed as well. Very uncomfortable stay

I got yo my room then had to move to another one. Heating was not working but i realize it happens. Then the next room shiwer wasnt working. Etc. Finally got that fixed. Towels are grey from age i suppose. Things are not well cared for. Inlibe it says bsr restaurant but not open except for breakfast buffet. Food was colf. That really was a great property at one time. No returns for us.

We had a great night at the Holiday Inn, the only negative was that the onsite restaurant was closed the night we stayed. But there's plenty of choice for food very local.

We had two nights midweek. Everything was ready. I thought i had specified 2 beds in my online reservation. They had a one bed room reserved but were able to change it immediately and apologized for the mix up. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful and available. We would stat here again without a doubt.

Property is outdated and room smelled. They left a machine in here on accident that is supposed to get rid of smells but it didn’t. Bed smelled as well. It’s like they have given up here. I won’t make the mistake of staying here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I didn't like that this hotel was a much older hotel than the one we stayed in prior to arriving here. IHG are not created equal, I'm finding.

Easy to find and check in went well. Rooms were nice, clean spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower area was a little dirty but everything else was really nice. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and fuel station nearby. Would recommend if you are in the area.
