Bad listing
I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad it may require that I work with my credit card company to deny the charges.
