Other things to note
We warmly welcome pets, but kindly note that a pet fee is required as outlined in our house rules below. The unit is located on the first floor. While the complex itself may show signs of aging, we take pride in maintaining cleanliness and freshness throughout.

Given the warm climate in Austin, occasional bugs may be present. However, we conduct regular pest control treatments and can arrange for additional service if needed. Please be aware that being in Texas, pests such as roaches, ants, or other bugs may occasionally be encountered. Rest assured, we employ professional pest control to address any issues promptly.

We ensure essential amenities are provided upon booking, such as hand soap and toilet paper. However, additional supplies, especially for long-term stays, will need to be purchased independently.

Note: As temperatures rise in Texas, please be aware that your unit's AC may experience occasional issues. However, as of this writing, rest assured that the AC is functioning properly and undergoes daily inspection.

For added security, there is a security camera at the entrance door and a noise detector inside the property.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

All access point are with keyless locks. Check-in time is 3:00pm until 12:00am.
Access Info will be provided at least a day before check-in date or upon completion of reservation requirements.

* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.

* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
