The room was very clean. There was standing water in the bathroom floor, the room above us was very noisy. They kept walking back and forth for a long time. Finally quit around 10:00 at night

Room was adequate, small refrigerator noisy at every cycle. Our room was having to put up with several loud guests phone conversations right outside our room late at night,need some type of security to make rounds and make surroundings more secure or at least guests feel more secure

Great place to stay in the area. Convenient to shopping & dining. Had a small issue with the billing but we had 6 rooms reserved. Got that straightened out so no biggie. Cleans room, good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

It was a reasonable stay at a price, but the real thing I’ll say is the shower was one of the best I’ve seen in hotels in the while. It had real water pressure and a nice showerhead that was probably the best thing about it.

Sadly deceived by the words BEST WESTERN
Rooms were'nt ready at check in. Once we got in i smelled cigarette smoke. The carpet was filthy and the furnishings from the 1970s. I found out this hotel wasn't even owned by Best Western anymore. Felt deceived.
