Beautiful property, great location and friendly staff. I gave this hotel a 4 due to the bathroom not being cleaned when we arrived and housekeeping walked into our room without knocking thank goodness I was dressed.

Being in a road trip with an electric car one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the electric car chargers listed in the amenities. They were not working when I arrived after a 12 hour drive. And apparently hadn’t been for quite some time

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool. Only complaint is lack of housekeeping. We had to make multiple requests for clean towels and to replace the toilet paper.

My first room’s shower did not work. No warm water and no water pressure. Then the shower had a leak. Also was right next to the loud club that played music till late hours of the note. Switched rooms and the fan didn’t work in the room. And they had me on the highway side with construction below so did not sleep at all. Would not recommend this hotel as it is poorly located on the highway and is VERY loud and has tons of construction around it.

might be a small thing but i always choose to stay in hotels during my frequent busibess trips so i dont need to worry about housekeeping and supplies. Your policy to do housekeeping every 3 days should be called out clearly. had i known it, i wouldnt have booked my stay with you. i made a request to at least do partial housekeeping which your front desk rep agreed to but nothing was done. when youre in the service industry and a customer makes a valid request and you commit to respond, then you should else your words have no meaning.
