The staff and property were great. It was clean and nice looking. The only issues we had were the toilet paper holder in restroom was broke, we booked a 1 king suite but got a 2 Queen room (not a deal breaker though) and the beds were sooo uncomfortable!! If you like very firm you’ll have zero issues at this hotel. We didn’t sleep well on the beds because they were way too hard for us.

My stay at Comfort Suited Austin Airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked great. They had fresh fruit at breakfast.

The beds were super hard. The couch was more comfortable to sleep on than the beds. Heat unit didn’t work, water head only dripped water. Super bad experience. We won’t stay at this hotel ever again.

Great stay at great price.
Very cozy room. When I artived check in was fast and efficient. Room was inviting with ambient lighting when I arrived. I sleep cold so bedding was light but I doubled it up and was quite comfortable. Breakfast was standard fare with Texas-shaped waffle and sausage, potatoes and eggs. I could have used gravy for the potatoes. Price was outstanding!

Person in the front made us wait an hour in a half or more to check in because the system was still showing the day before, got to get a room til 3am mind you we have kids and we’re getting in late from the airport exhausted. We get the key and we’re trying and trying to get into the room and the key isn’t working then out of no where a guy opens the door and started cussing at us asking us what we’re doing trying to get into his room. So we go down again ask for another room, we get the key to the second room, and one it wasn’t the room we asked for, two the room was dirty. Dirty towels everywhere and the bed undone and three the room was extremely hot. By this time it was almost 4am. Then finally we go down again and demanded another room and the guy just blamed it on the worker that was in before him. Then when we had just got there a car had got broken into to. There was glass everywhere. It was a horrible experience to say the least.
