Pros: Clean Property, Internet TV, Full Gym, Comfortable Bed Unique Design Cons: No bathroom fan. Pool is cold, so go in the daytime. No Microwave in rooms No access to the lobby from the stairs. You have no choice but to take the elevator or walk around the building. Wifi is spotty unless you upgrade to the $9.95 high speed internet

I was told the internet wasn't working, and there was nothing that could have been done. I understand this, but if I needed to work remotely for any reason I would've been extremely upset. To add insult to injury, the beds were very uncomfortable and my room had a malfunctioning AC unit. I've stayed here before and it was never as bad as it was this weekend so I am willing to admit it was just a fluke weekend but I will definitely look elsewhere if I have an option in the future.

The only issue I really have is that this is a higher priced hotel, yet they provide no water in the rooms. Considering you’re talking about less than $1 for 4 bottles, it is inconsiderate of such a huge hotel chain to not include that in the room. Their argument will be that there is water in the lobby - on the first floor - where you can only use a cup - that they don’t keep available. In other words, they are still so miserly that including 2/4 bottles of water in your higher than normal hotel cost is just something they don’t offer. I’ve stayed in $50 per night hotels that DO.

Hotels.com not accepting they are at fault!!!!!!
Continued from previous review…. Then I got an email asking how my checkin was. I called hotel and they had charged me for a full night stay because I had y canceled. I had NO CONFIRMATION email and no confirmation code so I had not canceled. Hotels . Com told me that it was not their problem. Hotel refused to refund the night stay. I will never uses HOTELS.COM again. And although I am a Marriott user when I travel I will need to think long and hard before I choose Marriott again ( though I believe this is the fault of Hotels.com. )
