Sarah was a wonderful host! As accommodating as anyone I’ve met in a long time. I wish the the rest of the world was as kind and caring as Sarah and the people of Austin. I’ll definitely stay there again given the opportunity!

Poor condition/poor customer service. Cats everywhere, wondered if there will be fleas in the bed. Not a place i would reserve again. Just desperate that day.

Nice stop along the Loneliest Highway in America.
Nice and clean room, even had a refrigerator and a coffee maker, and able to park right outside your room.

It was in decent shape for such an old facility. Staff was absent and everything was done via text or call. They have other irons in the fire in that town. Good coffee but only in the office, not in each room. Beds were small but comfortable. A/C was LOUD but necessary. Not enough parking slots for the number of rooms.

It’s named Cozy because that describes the rooms— small and cozy. Beds were fine and the room was very clean. Be aware that they do not service the room daily, but that is my preference anyway. Just be realistic in your expectations. This is not a resort area, it’s an area where people work hard to get by. I’d definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but small. It did have a refrigerator and microwave. There was no staff on site but I talked to the owner on the phone and she was very helpful. There was however a very friendly cat there who welcomed us and sat with us when we sat outside our room.

Owners Sara and Brandon were easy to work with, and booking through Expedia was fast, easy, and there were no problems. Rooms are cozy, clean, and nice--not large--but a great place to stay comfortably in Austin, Nevada!
