Welcome to Cozy Oak! With room for up to 10 guests, it's perfect for families, friends, and groups. Our home features a hot tub, perfect to just relax and unwind. In the game room, you'll find an air hockey table, exercise bike, and an arcade machine. There's also a coffee station and a variety of board games. To stay connected, we have an office space with a printer. Located just a short drive from Inner Space Caverns, our home is the perfect base for exploring.

Our spacious property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests and is perfect for families, friends, and groups looking for a peaceful getaway.

Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. We also have a grill outside, perfect for cooking up burgers and hot dogs on a warm summer evening. And with lots of outdoor seating and a fire pit, you can relax and enjoy the great outdoors with your loved ones.

After a long day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub or retire to one of the comfortable bedrooms. With plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, our vacation home is the perfect place to call home during your trip.

A great, cozy place.
The location was convenient and safe. The beds were very cozy. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We were comfortable and had fun. It was a great yard for our medium sized dog. It could use some extra blankets, kitchen spices, laundry soap, etc to make it more guest friendly but overall it was a great place.

Nice home, great location in Georgetown
We were visiting my parents who live in Sun City. This house is in a great location- only 18 minutes from Sun City. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was clean and had a great backyard. We would definitely stay here again when visiting my parents.

In town for an engagement party so we looked for VRBOs and came across this one. This property had everything we needed, was comfy, clean, and the owner was quick with responses. We will definitely look for this place again next time we’re staying in this area.

This place was perfect for our friend's get together. Everything was so clean! We loved our time together in the hot tub, it was also very clean and new. We walked around the neighborhood several times as well and the neighbors were all very friendly.

A wonderful place to stay with easy access to Kalahari Resort and Georgetown amenities! Place was great for family with plenty of space for games etc…. Comfortable beds and seating. Very enjoyable!
The home is in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and were very clean. We really enjoyed spending an afternoon/early evening on the deck. The only issue we encountered was a broken coffee maker. The owner was quick to respond to our messages and remedy the problem.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood with great large oak trees. Really nice backyard with high fences and lots of shade and comfortable seating. The house was very clean and well stocked and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend in Austin
The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of four adults and two kids. If the temperature had been 20 degrees cooler we would have spent all our time in the exceptional outdoor space. Indoor areas were spacious and comfortable. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Really cute house in Georgetown
The house is really cute. Very well decorated and a nice backyard. It was close to everything we needed to do for our stay and made it very enjoyable. Great place if you need to be in Georgetown
We were a four-person trial team that was trying a 10-day trial. The lace was spacious, comfortable, and well laid out. The ed rooms were comfortable ( the master bedroom bed was super comfortable but low to the ground. The only other thing that we needed but didn't have was a coffee table in the den. We would stay here again. Lastly the hosts are great and easy to communicate with
