Every staff member we interacted with made us feel not only like valued guests but as if we truly belonged. The food and drinks were also exceptional! I’m already looking for another reason to escape home and stay at the Fairmont Austin again.

Great location, friendly staff
Great location next to the convention center. They have a walkway with direct access however the elevator was turned off so stairs were the only access. Friendly and very helpful staff. No late night snack shop available.

The pool area was great with the bar and outside patio area behind it. Room was nice and roomy, and beds were so comfy. Location was great. Walkable to most parts of the city. Live music in the lobby bar. Drinks were spendy, but worth it for all the ambience.
