Breakfast is delicious so is the coffee. The free shuttle to the airport is an absolute plus and free parking. The staff is very kind. The lobby is clean. Our room is basic and outdated. Linens are scratchy. AC is not consistent all night. The room door won't open on our last day before we check out. Same issue when we checked in. If we've been given a better room, will plan to stay again.

area around this hotel is sketchy
the hotel is ok but the area around there is full of homeless people. It feels very unsafe in the parking lot going from your car to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel is also showing some age.

Do not stay at this property. I woke up with a cockroach on my face that was the 5 inches long! The little black dots are the poop or blood from when I swatted it off my face. Went to the front desk with bug in tow and they said I would have to contact the manager to get a refund. I called the number provided and it went to VM and I couldn't leave a message because the VM was full. That pretty much summed it up. Scary place!
