This hotel is great, the staff was great, nice and quiet place and easy to get too….the bed could be a little more comfortable though. It was a little hard but other than that this place was great.

Old and in need of an uplift
This is an old hotel with dark furniture, poor lighting, and carpet in need or replacing. I was surprised that there are still hotels like this, especially in the arboretum area of Austin. The staff was friendly enough and I was happy to get a text from a staff member who was there to answer any questions. Very nice. The bathroom sink was clogged and that was disappointing. I will not stay there again

The front desk staff was not friendly at all, breakfast was not included, and there were public hairs stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom above the sink (absolutely disgusting). There were also apparently break-ins to the cars in the parking lot in the past. Though it didn’t happen to us, we were worried about where to park.
