The check-in process is confusing and there are too many steps. Give us bullet points with the important stuff. the view was excellent, you could see the river and the city, you could go running around the river just two blocks down, and a lot of choices for dining places walking distance. The room very nice, had everything you need, everything clean, comfortable bed, big kitchen and super nice balcony area.
