No carts to bring in my luggage and things from vehicle, countless trips, keycard did not work, tv did not work, used tissues were found under pillows on bed, people hanging around exit doors until someone exited then slipped into motel, exercise room used by people not stay at hotel. Staff advised there would be no housekeeping services for a 3-night stay. We removed our own recycling each day and had to request additional towels, toilet paper and Kleenex from the front desk. The shower floor was dangerously slippery, had no safety bars or soap dish. There was only one towel bar for all the bath/hand towels and the ice machines on our floor had been removed.

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable, unique. The breakfast was not good, unorganized, trash not picked up, no juice, no napkins, empty containers until someone complained. The staff seemed inconvenienced with any needs. But, the room was nice and very affordable.

The hotel is definitely old and in need of updates - specially the furnishings. However, it was clean, and the check-in/out process was pretty smooth. If you're looking for something basic and don't mind the outdated feel, it's a good option.

Everything was nice. The customer service was good. The beds were comfortable Hotel was clean. The lobby was inviting. We didn’t try the breakfast because it didn’t start till seven on the weekend. The rooms were really close to each other. You can hear at the door when somebody was coming and going, but other than that, that was fine.

If you enjoy comfort, don't stay here!

My stay was terrible. I was skeptical about staying at a La Quinta Inn, and I should have trusted my instinct. When I checked in, the employee at the desk had a very stale disposition. I was given no instruction amenities. I put a card on file for incidentals, but that was obsolete. I attempted to charge a bottled water to my room but was told it had to be paid for separately. Apparently, the card I put on file was to be charged only if there are damages to the room. I got to my room and opened the door to a furnace. It was so extremely hot in the room, but the heat was only set on 74 degrees. It was 44 degrees outside, but I had to switch it to the A/C to get the room to cool off to a comfortable temperature. The picture on the tv was also distorted. I called and asked to change rooms. My request was accommodated, but I had to lug all of my personal items downstairs instead of an associate bringing me a key. I got to the second room, and the temperature was so cold; I tried the thermostat on the wall and the one on the unit. I called to change rooms again and asked for the key to be brought to me. After almost 10 minutes, the heat came on just as the employee was approaching my room. I opted to stay in the same room. The bed was hard, the pillows were cheap, and I slept horribly. Never again.
