Nice hotel but old with musty in hall way. Sink and tub badly clogged. Fridge is not cold. Nice size room though. Nice pool hot sauna and exercise room. Lots leaves floating on pool.

We stayed in 9th floor for two nights and ice machine was not working. I reported the ice machine needing repair and was still not available the following day. I guess it takes longer time than I expect. I also checked the swimming pool and the water was not clear. So my daughter and I are not pleased.

I had reserved for a king size bed, arrived and was told they overbooked and there was no more rooms with king size beds, they said it was also because I booked with a 3rd party not directly with the hotel, their queen size beds are actually full size, , they did comped breakfast for 1 day, which was not good at all

BEWARE before booking your stay here!! Where do I begin! From the time we arrived at the hotel it was a terrible experience! First off the security kept watching everything we were doing and tried to scold us for being in the pool after hours yet we asked the staff when the pool closed and still had an hour and half to swim upon our arrival. She continued to follow us whenever we were in the hotel public areas and made it very uncomfortable. The staff could be rude when we would voice concerns and were not very friendly from the beginning till the end. I also had the do not disturb on my door yet while at the pool the cleaning service came into my room anyway. I was extremely upset and told them I do not want anyone in my room. The hotel is very outdated, especially the bathrooms. The pool was not the cleanest as well. We kept getting overcharged for things like deposits and tips!! We paid for breakfast to be included yet they did not give us all our vouchers and we had to request the missing vouchers. On top of now trying to fight a double charge for the stay all together. The only good thing I can say about this stay was their restaurant Onion Creek Grill's staff were awesome. Other than that I would never stay at this establishment again! This was a regrettable choice and will advise others planning to visit the Austin area that this place should be avoided. I'm an avid traveler and I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this place is now in my top 3 worst hotel stays ever!

This is my second time staying here for a business trip. Upgraded to the king suite this time around and was not disappointed. There was plenty of room and the pool side view from the 12th floor was great looking out over Austin. The hotel is definitely showing it's age but for the price and everything, great staff and location it really is tough to beat.
