Great value for money but construction
Very clean and comfortable sleep. Hot water for shower and excellent breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bread, fruit, muffins and waffles. Staff very professional and friendly. Only complaints is walls are very thin. Heard snoring and full conversations The city of Austin is doing major road construction and you must pay attention or you will miss your exit. Also told at check in there were car break-ins going on in hotel parking lots. I was safe and didn't have any issues. Just keep all valuables out of sight. Nice part of town. Walmart and HEB, restaurant near by.

I booked this hotel because it was an affordable place to stay towards the north side of Austin since I was headed to Fort Worth the following morning. It’s located right off the freeway and is pretty typical of your standard right off the freeway hotel. I had a good experience at check-in, parking was easy and the price was good. Unfortunately, when I got to my room the hand soap had already been used and the sides of the toilet had accumulated dust. The bedspread was also bare bones and you don’t get a nice comforter. While I’ve definitely stayed in places worse than this, if you can afford it pay more to stay some place nicer.

They required an additional deposit that I wasn’t aware of. And despite the advertisement that I didn’t pay til on property, and that I could cancel up til the day of the reservation, hotels.com took the total amount before check-in. I wanted the option to cancel because our plans weren’t solid.
