Paradise found! Come relax and play at our awe-inspiring home on Lake Travis with panoramic, massive views over the lake. Take in brilliant sunsets as you relax in the tranquil hot tub on the back deck. This home is a secluded getaway with sweeping lake views, access to Lake Travis and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Austin. With empty lots on both sides, this quiet gem overlooks the vast lake from the back decks and balcony and from walls of windows in 2 master bedroom and living areas. Swim off the private dock, store your own boat or charter a sail boat ride.

Boat dock status as of spring/summer 2024:
We are fortunate to be located in the deepest part of Lake Travis. Our dock is still in the water with plenty of depth to dock a boat.

The property has a series of spiral staircases and a long staircase down to the lake from the house. The staircase does not reach all the way to the dock because of the current lake level. Guests who are able to walk down the staircases to the dock would likely be able to cross the rocks between the staircase and the dock. Amazing Stay with Stunning Lake Views
My stay at this beautiful lakefront property was nothing short of perfect! The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with gorgeous scenery, this place is highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Lake Travis Gem
My wife and I had a great weekend getaway at this beautiful Lake Travis house. Waking up to the beautiful views of the lake from the wall of windows was just the start of our tranquil days on the lake. We loved watching the boats go by, seaplanes touching and going right in front of us and the birds flying by including 2 bald eagles. It was just what we needed for a great weekend escape.

Lake Travis is Amazing
Could not speak higher of this house! The lake access was incredible, and with the addition of paddle boards and pool noodles it made for a great time on the lake. Host was communicative and very friendly. Will definitely be booking again.

Perfect vacation Lake House!
The view was magnificent! All the area of the house (except for the bedroom with 4 beds) has large windows looking out to the lake. Kitchen tools fully stocked, we didn't need a thing. Large refrigerator to stock all the groceries. Layout of the house is open and welcoming! Love the separate balconies for those that need some alone time. You might see in the pictures the spiral stairs, it's a bit tight but other than that easy to maneuver. We enjoyed the dock very much! Beware the water is deep so be careful crossing from the stairs to the dock. We went to Dick's sporting goods to buy some life vest for kids so that they can paddle board out to the lake. The house is in a great location that we were just 10 minutes from Just for Fun to rent a pontoon for the day. Overall it was perfect for my family! They can't stop asking when we will be going back!

Had a great weekend stay for my bachelor party. Honestly could have spent the entire weekend at the house and on the dock. Great house, beautiful views. Katie was awesome and helpful. The perfect weekend getaway!

The house was well stocked, very clean, and breathtaking when you first enter. Huge windows overlook the lake. Being near the dam, you get the undercurrent water from Lake Travis, which seems to be cooler and more pleasant than most of Lake Travis in the summer.

Impeccable! Views stunning!
My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous home with her two teenage grandkids and a six and a four-year-old grandkid, as we were visiting our son who works in San Antonio. Everything was immaculate. The views were outstanding!! The communication with Katie was superb. I’m not big on do overs for trips, but this is definitely a do over! Thank you for everything. Caveat: getting to the boat landing is adventurous and requires excellent motor skills… but worth the trip down.

LOVE LOVE, A MUST STAY!
First let me say, Katie was so accommodating to all of our needs and very reachable! She was super friendly! The home was spectacular !! You can see the lake from all parts of the home. The views are impeccable, the home is super clean, and very updated interior ! It's a quick walk down to the docks where there are paddle boards to use and noodles. We all could jump right inn and it was amazing ! The location is also close to all things in town. Great all around!

The Ultimate Lakeside Property
From the moment we booked the property, Katie was an amazing host: communicative, friendly, and very organized. The check-in process was extremely easy, and Katie communicated with the cleaners to ensure we could check in as soon as they were through. The view when you walk in the house is unbeatable. We stayed there for a weekend and utilized the dock, incredible bunk room, and and kitchen equipped with everything you need! The house is also very close to The Oasis--a 10/10 spot for a big group. Beautiful property with amazing views
My family and I absolutely loved staying at Katie’s home. Katie was super responsive when we had any questions or concerns. My family and I had a boat for the weekend so the dock was great to have. We also used their paddle boards they had on the docks and that was a lot of fun. It was definitely a hike going up and down to the dock but manageable. The house looked more spacious in person and the lakefront view was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again next time my family and I travel to lake Travis. Definitely worth it!
