Two more queen bedrooms grace the main floor, each offering ample closet space with one boasting an added luxury - its own smart TV. Feeling a tad adventurous? Our spiral staircase leads to a lofted sanctuary, replete with a dreamy queen bed.
For our guests who pack more than just suitcases, in-unit laundry ensures you're always looking sharp. Both bathrooms come generously stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring morning routines are both luxurious and convenient.
While we love Austin's four-legged furballs, we kindly request you leave them at home for this stay. As for your four-wheeled companions, rest easy knowing TWO complimentary parking spots await in our garage. For any extra vehicles, nearby garages offer spaces at a mere ~$20 per day.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the balcony, and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!
We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

Situated near the University of Texas at Austin, the neighborhood in this part of the city exudes a youthful and vibrant energy. Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our home at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside of the home, respecting our guests' privacy.

2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
9) The reservation includes TWO free parking spaces in the garage
10) The elevator operation is controlled by building management, we can not guarantee this amenity
