Great place to stay; parking limited
The apartment was great and everything was clean and ready for us. The parking situation is not great and we had to park a few blocks away to avoid the crazy parking charge. It would have been nice to be able to park inside the lot without incurring the hefty fee. But the overall property was as promised. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely studio in a great regenerated area (felt safe and peaceful). Bargain price as would cost treble the amount with others. Apartment was super clean Crazy cheap value! Would have been good to have more details on parking in the area - but maybe I missed that?!? Would defo book again and would defo recommend to others. Thank you

Loved the property. Lots of space for a very good price, and in a nice area. There was only 1 towel and washcloth available upon arrival, and the extras supply closet was inaccessible (code to door did not work, and there were multiple storage room doors next to the described location in the provided information, code worked on none of them), which was inconvenient, but not so much to say I was unhappy with the stay. The parking situation is rough; Sonder guests should get a special overnight rate in the garage or in the adjacent parking lot (just an opinion), but there are no other options. Street parking is paid parking until midnight. Overall, it was well worth the very affordable fee I paid for the stay. Will return.

The room was stylish but it was uncomfortable. AC wouldn't kick on, sofa were stiff, and the beds were uncomfortable. It was a beautiful room but not worth the price.

Everything was fantastic, and the price was incredible. The pool, gym, and my room and balcony were great. There is plenty of space indoors. Finding the front door is a little confusing, but once you do, it's a great place. I forgot to mention a Target nearby if you forget one of your travel items—plenty of to eat nearby too.

Shower towel and toilet paper holders were broken, Reading everything Sonder at 5th had posted on their website I was ready to book. They mentioned there might be construction noise but failed to mention the bar across the street would be having live outdoor concerts all night. It was very obvious this was an issue due to the fact it went on from check-in till midnight. I'm sure this happens every weekend to the guests that stay on that side of the hotel. If I would have known I would have never booked there. I ended up having to go get ear plugs at 10:30 pm.

Don’t be fooled people this is not a resort. This is one floor of an apartment complex “done over“ as rental condos. The place is filthy, I can’t name all of the things that were broken in the room, management did nothing except to try to bend The sofa bed back into shape by using a chair. Not a single tool, a chair. it. The Entryway is filthy And smells like garbage as the dumpster is right near the door. Gross and disappointing please do not spend your money.

Difficulty with check in process. The site was glitching and had to reset passwords in attempt to check in and the customer service phone reps can't check you in or assist with this much sadly. There's no on site person and the customer service isn't in the area so doesn't know much about parking. The second gentleman we spoke to was more helpful than the first. After a few calls we were finally able to complete check in. Aside from difficulty checking in and finding adequate parking the property was cute with a nice pool. Convenient for the East side night life with a lot of options you can walk to. The fob did not work and there were no pool code instructions. Luckily another patron opened the gate for us.
