The room had a funny order to it. There was moldy areas in the shower. The iron didn't work. There was no hair dryer and had to go get one from the front desk. Several outlets in the room didn't work either.

ZERO STARS
HORRIBLE customer service. They illegally booted my vehicle which caused damage to my car. Then they tried to blame me for it. Managers were nonexistent when I tried to confront them about paying for the damage. Ended up leaving still no manager would talk to me. Absolutely will never stay at any of these hotels again. Gonna cost me well over $500 to repair my car and they did not care at all.

Although the property is nice, it is very difficult to get to, due to being on a 1-way street with no off street access. If you miss the turn into the parking lot, you have to drive almost 4 miles around the area to return to the entrance.

Be sure to memorize your license plate number or you wont be checked in. The $50 deposit was a shock. Only decaf coffee in the room. Cups are not sanitary wrapped. Shower has mold. Not at all as nice as the pictures portrayed.
