Even though at the time we were checking in looked like it was going to be a hassle, it end up really good.

Incredibly faulty electrics
We had a faulty room with electrics. It basically kept tripping out for the 4 nights we were there. Every few hours we would ring down and they would trip it back on. Not once were we offered to move rooms or even comp’d a night or anything. To top it all off we’ve just been charged another night stay (a day after leaving). I’ve called them and still waiting for a manager to call me back as no one can explain why. For such a big company I’m baffled why they can’t help.

I like how convenient this hotel was too all of the activities on my itinerary. The food was good and the main event was walking distance great for my kiddo. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely come back.
