It was so bad that I had to leave after the first night. People screaming outside the room all night. No sleep at all. Very upsetting. had to find another hotel. also, trashcan wasn't changed out so not even sure if they cleaned the room.

Clean and comfortable. Property is a little dated but the service was prompt, the shower was clean and hot, and the beds comfortable. Good value for the price. Many thanks to the staff for a comfortable stay.

I'd stay here again. Convenient location.
Easy check in process. Breakfast was ok. Basic offering of waffles, cereals, coffee, juices, and yogurts. The bed was very comfortable. I stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The room had a microwave and a fridge.

Great experience.
Very clean room and parking lot. It is in downtown Austin and we had a view of the state capital building. Breakfast is served until 10 and check out was at 11. We were only an exit from the Moody Center, which was perfect for the concert!

Don’t be frightened by the shabby exterior
I couldn’t pass up this stay for the price and positive reviews. The exterior looks a bit shabby, but the staff are very helpful and kind. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Blood and mold on my bedroom walls and no remedy
This was a horrible stay as the wall in my room had blood and mold on it, right by the headboard to my bed and the TV had a blue hue to it resulting in a really bad picture. I’ve made multiple in person and online attempts to have a manager remedy these concerns and their lack of motivation to reply has been pretty much non existent.
