Summary:
All wood and completely restored, this 1930s house has a special cachet of yesteryear with its huge granite fireplace and cathedral ceiling in the living room.

This chalet is located at the top of a large wooded lot with a magnificent view of Lake Orford. From the spa or the terrace you can see the most beautiful sunset over the lake in the region!

A small private lot of 400 square feet located directly on the banks has also been fitted out with a dock, in order to be able to swim easily (located across the street).

In winter, a 4 x 4 vehicle is strongly recommended to access the parking lot of the chalet.

Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful stay for everyone.
