The Space:
Villa 6 of Las Luces Village is a 3 bedroom escape from the world. Experience a well-equipped space, featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas burning fireplace, microwave/convection oven, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view. The three bedrooms all with offer ultimate privacy with ensuite bathrooms. For added comfort and sleeping flexibility, we provide a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2rd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their entire villa, the shared firepit, shared pool, and shared grill area.

-Units 6 & 7 each have 1 covered parking spot.
- All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A period of quiet hours is enforced and spans from 10 pm to 7 am.
- The pool, hot tub, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours.
- Swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty.
- No glass is allowed at the pool. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Ensure you bring your own firewood for the firepit and propane and/or charcoal for the grill.
- Please maintain cleanliness and exhibit courtesy towards fellow facility users.
- The hot tub will take about an hour to heat up. Once started, it will run for three hours and then turn off automatically for 15 minutes for safety purposes. To turn it on, please reach out to us and we will do it for you.
- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
- There are cameras throughout the complex for your safety. There will be fines if you tamper with them.

HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Please note that this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, where it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna. Rural areas like ours may have limited or different services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.

As you may know, Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed.
