Great staff and hospitality. Must do more to ensure that Breakfast is available to all who stay during the hours posted on the wall. Everyone who pays the asking price should have access to all breakfast offerings. Not options leftover from early clients. Otherwise adjust the rates to reflect reduced amenities for those who aren't given a chance to enjoy them

Avoid this hotel until it is cleaned, please
Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide pictures because I was so disgusted with the room that I immediately asked room service to collect the used towels from the bathroom floor upon check it. The room wreaked of urine, but I was unable to change my room due to the hotel being oversold. I will never visit this hotel again and wish I could have received a refund. This was totally unacceptable and unsanitary. I'm so thankful that I only had a one night stay.

The staff was not welcoming at all and it took them 15 minutes to find my reservation - I even gave them my confirmation number. The rooms smell AWFUL. I tried two rooms and they both smelled terrible. There was a cricket in my room and a crusty stain on my sheets. No, no, no. Never again.
