As usual, Woodspring Suites Austin Central was a 10 out of 10!!! Friendliest staff always with great customer service! We arrived kind of late and saw it was a little line, but the young lady still had a smile on her face diligently helping each customer. Also it was still plenty of parking out front, which was great! The room was great, very spacious! Everything was cleaned. The bed was super soft and comfy! And extremely quiet our entire stay. I also loved how cool the air was coming in from that miserable TX heat! Honestly, there are no complaints. Will definitely stay here again and again! 100% recommend. And it's super convenient to everything you may need. Food, shopping, etc!

Expedia did not share the outrageous amount of fees for pets to stay at the hotel. If I knew about all the fews I would have never booked there! The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Made us take out our own trash and we never had maid service the whole week we spent there! There wasn't any type of breakfast. It was noisy at early morning hours with construction. And they gave us a dirty room at first. Terrible experience!
