Under construction had to stay in the room.
The Elevator was out of service, and we were put on the second floor. This was not disclosed when I rented the room. We also went for a swim in the pool and the thermostat had been turned off. The water was freezing and we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Overall a Nice Stay
Arriving after midnight, we were happy to be greeted by a smiling and friendly young woman at the desk. Our transition to our accessible room was easy. Breakfast was good -- plenty of choices. The only thing we didn't like was the handheld shower. It was awkward to figure out (finally discovering there was a valve on the upper shower head that had to be turned to make the water flow to the handheld unit.)

It was a positive experience. The room and the staff were geeat. My granddaughter and I took full advantage of the pool which was clean and well kept. Ease of entry and exit for an older perseon.
