One bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, single level condo located on the top floor of the complex. 749 square ft. total, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious master suite, and a large deck accessible from both the bedroom and the living space. The condo itself is not a long walk from the beach. This rental unit is on the 3rd floor of the condo community, elevator accessible, but with seven steps down the entryway into the living room. Sit on the couch and watch TV or pop in a DVD or VCR tape and enjoy a movie. And additional television and stereo are available in the master bedroom. Enjoy the view of Avalon Harbor and town while relaxing on the deck. Password-protected wifi is available. This is a non-smoking property. B41 | Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Convenient and cozy
It was a perfect spot for three of us. Well stocked kitchen. You can reach pretty much all shops and restaurants within a 5-10min walk. We had a few small problems with the internet but otherwise this was exactly what we expected and were looking for, would definitely recommend.

No AC, no golf cart like they advertised. No lighting above the dining table. No blender, some electric sockets didn’t work. No swimming pool like they advertised. The building looks runned down. Lots and lots of stairs beware. Not happy here and won’t stay here again. It’s far from beach

it was clean but there was what looked to be old blood on a light switch in the half bathroom some towels has stains on them and they listening said there would be a pool and jacuzzi witch is why we chose the rental the pool and jacuzzi were empty so that would have been nice to know before renting this Cando over all the cando was nice I personally wouldn't stay again only because of the walk to town and the pool situation.

LOVED IT!!! The condo was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and came stocked with all the basic amenities. My husband and I enjoyed having a little more space and 2 TV's to work with to watch whatever we wanted with compromising on it. I loved sitting on the balcony at night under the stars. I even used the beach bags that were hanging in the closet. Check in and check out were very easy, and the company maintains excellent communication. The only potential issue I will share is, there are A LOT of stairs throughout the complex and even in the condo itself. So if anyone has any trouble walking up or down stairs, you may want to consider another option.

Mostly enjoyable
Overall, we enjoyed our accommodations. We enjoyed the location, the pool, the views and the nice ocean breeze. There was an issue with the neighbors, who apparently rented their unit from another company, who were very loud and caused us some lost sleep. Ultimately, though, the management came through and relocated us to a nice unit on the same property that was ideal. FYI--while there are elevators on the premises, there are quite a few stairs that must be climbed to access upper level units which can be tricky with baggage and little ones.
