the pool had no supervision children wer in the pool with boogie boards throwing footballs little children were being bounced aroundby the bigger chieldren there were children whose parents were at the bar also the hot tub children eating in it and there was no one there checking for the pool wristbands other wise the place is great the pool; was very clean and lots of towels

The white drapes in our room had several stains. I don’t believe they were ever washed. The side street that our room/balcony overlooked had constant service trucks coming and going

Front desk staff were great. Appreciated the free EV charging. Housekeeping staff seemed pretty rude and it was never clear when they’d come clean your room. AC in the room looked a bit old.

We particularly enjoyed sitting by the pool and having a beverage at the outdoor bar. It was a very relaxing vacation for us at Icona Avalon. Our floor was very quiet and we could walk to the shopping district in Stone Harbor.
