It was really nice staying at Zane Grey Hotel during our stay on Catalina Island! I guess the only thing that would’ve made it a 5 star was getting a room with a better view for our honeymoon.

I love this property. The staff is awesome. We stayed in the penthouse and it is amazing. The complimentary breakfast is so good. The location is not to close to the town with restaurants but it is a nice walk. The hotel also provides transportation.

Ine of the most beautiful hotels in all of Catalina. I stayed here before they did the renovations and WOW it has been beautifully upgraded. Honestly a 5 star hotel now

Outstanding boutique hotel on a hilltop with amazing views of Avalon. Peaceful, serene, very comfy bed & living areas, modern bathroom and lots of natural light. The pool was great and a deep 8 ft you can certainly do laps or relax. Complimentary breakfast: continental & hot buffet: scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and sausage cooked to perfection. Keurig is also in the room. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Great hotel overall & relaxing experience.

Beautiful renovated hotel with a stunning view. We stayed in the historic section with an ocean view. We were able to go out on a small patio to see the harbor. Breakfast was included. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful place I’ve ever been to. I would give the Hotel all 5 stars. The view was magical, the staff was great, they offered free transportation and free breakfast with great options. I loved every minute of it. It was worth every dollar that I spent. Can’t wait to visit again.

My girlfriend and I spent the weekend at the Zane Grey in Avalon. We very much enjoyed our trip. The 18 room hotel has STUNNING views of Avalon. They have a very accommodating golf cart shuttle service although the walk to and from town really isn't bad. Overall, would recommend!
