El hotel es hermoso y muy comodo. Sobretodo el personal se preocupa de que tu estancia sea satisfactoria y cuidan de ti y los detalles en todo. Es Pet Friendly y mi perrito estuvo feliz, muy consentido desde la camita que les ponen en la habitación, sus platos y el cariño de todo el personal. Mi hijo y yo estuvimos encantados. En un paseo me lastime un pie y el equipo del hotel me ayudó con todo el cuidado y amabilidad

el hotel esta super lindo, muy tranquilo. yo lleve a mi perrita y la consintieron mucho le pusieron camita y platos. aunque la habitación que reserve decía pet friendly al hacer check-in me hicieron un cargo adicional de 400 pesos, para que lo consideren. El menú es sencillo pero muy rico y hay muchas opciones para comer cerca del hotel.

Clima en habitaciones cambiaria todo
Servicio bien, el hotel muy bonito , el precio alto esperando un hotel de buena categoría, pero el punto que realmente cambia completamente todo es la climatización de la habitación, ya que por el calor ( no fue el día más cálido) y aún así era insoportable en la noche. Tienen un ventilador pero no ayuda casi nada. Arreglando eso, y un poco más de mantenimiento a la alberca que es muy buena la temperatura del agua todo estaría bien y valdría lo que cuesta
