This lovely sunny front house sits a stones throw from the beautiful Queens park and a comfortable 1 0 minute walk to the city centre. The house has a 8.0 kw heat pump but its sunny aspect warms this house up so well .
Views of Queens park from full length windows and the veranda are an added attraction .
The master bedroom has a very comfortable new queen bed and double wardrobe . The second bedroom has a new king bed that can split into two singles if required .
There is a shower and a bath in the central bathroom with a separate toilet next door.
Open plan living with a huge couch sits well with the neat and tidy kitchen.
Off street parking including a garage is a nice bonus.
There is a washing machine and drier in a seperate laundry with outside access to the washing line.
The garden is full of cottage flowers and is an added attraction .

Great accommodation, well located, lovely hosts.
The house is well maintained, has a pretty garden, plenty of rooms, and a kitchen with everything you would need. It's handy to the city and very close to Queens Park, which is stunningly beautiful and by itself worth a stay in Invercargill. Gordon and Viv were lovely hosts - we met them when we arrived a bit early just as they were finishing up getting the place ready. Highly recommended.

What a lovely clean place
We thoroughly enjoyed spending our last couple of days in NZ at Gordon and Viv’s property. The house is clean and well-equipped with everything you may need for your stay and much bigger than I thought it would be. Our doggie also enjoyed sniffing in the beautiful garden and in the park across the road. Gordon and Vic are also very helpful and responsive hosts. Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our 2 nights at this house. The heat pump wasn't on when we arrived but it didn't take long to warm up the house even though it was a very cold day in Invercargill. The house is very spacious and comfy and had everything needed to make our stay comfy. The bed was comfortable (but the pillows were too thick for our liking - small issue) Great location - very close to a nice walk in the beautiful Queen's Gardens and a fabulous little coffee shed just around the corner on Kelvin St (Groove Espresso). We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone else.

House was lovely, clean tidy and warm. Invercargill didn't gift us with lovely weather so it was nice to have a bit a room to move - rather than being stuck in a little motel with kids! Will definitely be back, so great that its right across from queens park, kids loved it!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my dog. Great location to the CBD and Queen St., Park. Unfortunately had bad weather so wasn’t able to enjoy the patio but a very nice garden. Highly recommend!

The unit was comfortable and warm,had everything we needed except it would be good to have a dishwasher. On the website it says two bathrooms but actually a bathroom with a seperate toliet.

Just Perfect
