This rural house built in the 19th century in the center of a small Catalan village between the mountains and the Penedès vineyards, offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people.
The rustic character of this house can be appreciated through a pleasant decoration of stone and wood walls, where warm tones predominate, the house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with a fireplace to enjoy a cozy atmosphere both for your meals and for your moments of rest. Through the large windows in the living room, you can go out to the beautiful terrace that is under a pergola, adapted with a barbecue, worktop with laundry room and views of the pool, which is equipped with sun loungers. On the same main floor are also: the kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stone sink, etc., and a full bathroom.

To rest in a beautiful environment, ideal to disconnect from the routine, on the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, of which 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. And there is also the second full bathroom.

Going out of the house, you will find yourself in the center of a typical and relaxing Catalan village, located 9km from the traditional town of Vilafranca del Penedés. The owner is an agricultural professional who can give you all the information to have a very good agritourism experience.

Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid for on check-in, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, yet limited to 7 days.

The house is in an ideal location that will allow you to enjoy the typical Catalan gastronomy, the famous wines and cavas from Penedès, stroll through the vineyards since wine tourism is the basis of this province. It is also possible to access the natural parks of Montsant or Garraf, go to the fine sand beaches of the Costa Dorada, visit places of tourist interest such as Montserrat, Poblet, Sitges or Barcelona; and even participate in the local festivals of Vilafranca del Penedès, Montblanc, etc.

Parfait !
Maison très bien équipée. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible même si la barrière de la langue ne facilite pas les échanges. La climatisation dans les chambres est bien appréciable (même si un peu bruyante). Très bonne situation géographique de la maison qui permet de faire de nombreuses activités et visites à 1h max de voiture (Barcelone, Reus, Sitges, monastère de Montferrat, Port Aventura...).
