The place itself looks nice and tidy. But that’s all that is nice there. The staff was just completely unwelcoming.
1. After arriving with a 10 years old kid , I heard that they see my reservation but no payment. I call Expedia/Travelocity, I hear that everything is fine and that they are trying to call them and will send them by mail and fax a confirmation of payment. I took my kid for lunch and half an hour later I received a message that the problem is resolved and we can check-in.
2. I booked a family, one bedroom apartment and instead I got a small single bed room. The staff just said that they think that “for two of us this will be enough“. Didn’t want to spend another half an hour on the phone with Expedia and just took the room.
3. 8:00 A.M. The lawnmower starts just outside my window. It will follow us to breakfast.
4. At 10:00 A.M. I ask the lady from the reception if we can stay till 12:30 P.M. we hear “no problem”.
5. At 11:00 another lady comes and tells me, that ai should know the rules and that check-out is at 10:30. I said that I asked if we can check-out later and got the permission to do so. I got an answer stating that this was a mistake as the lady from the reception does not speak English.
