We stayed at this hotel for a sporting even. The rate per night was incredibly high for a room and service of this quality. Even taking the surge pricing due to the large sporting event into account. The room smelled musty, so much so that it got on our clothes. The window and shower curtains were covered in stains. When we first arrived there was debris from the ceiling in the bath tub due to water damage. The staff did get it cleaned quickly, but nonetheless was annoying. Our room was not cleaned before our second night, which again with the rate we paid should have been done. I had to go down to the front desk to get towels because we were only given two for two people for two nights. If the hotel is going to jack up their rates because a big event is in town they better make sure they back it up, the Comfort in definitely did not.

The room was clean and the cost to stay was good compared to other hotels around. The breakfast was good but the time of service needs to be posted around the building and in the room. We missed breakfast on Monday.The air conditioner was VERY noisy! The entry way to the hotel should be cleaned. (Check the air vent.) Many behind the desk were nice and helpful. One gentleman, however,acted like it was inconvenient to check us in or help us.

I booked this hotel for a wrestling event for my teens. I booked the king suite with two queen beds. Now I understand the hotel didn’t expect the amount of guests which is still crazy to me since I paid ahead of time, I was moved to the Hampton and told I would be able to check-in no issues along with a room similar to my suite. Unfortunately none of those things took place. I didn’t get to check-in until 10:30 because the hotel didn’t receive the transfer yet. Then the room we had was a king bed with a pull out couch bed. At this point we had to take what we got since my wrestlers needed rest and to be up early in the morning. Of course the the Hampton was nice and accommodating, I just wish I would’ve got the beds that I paid for.

Weekend breakfast has a three or four hour window, but it seems no staffer is assigned to replenishing items that run out. The worst was finding no coffee two mornings in a row.

Clean, but a bit broken
Breakfast was far more diverse than most hotel options. Pool has been closed since COVID. Couldn't close the drapes and we were on the first floor, so the parking lot has full view of us. Bed surprisingly comfortable. Accessibility features present, including a bath seat.

Fine for a one night stay
Service was so so, breakfast was poor with few options. The check put staff was nice, but our check in person not so much. The room was clean but dated. Perfect foe the price.

Checking in I asked if the front entrance was the only way to bring in luggage.I was told their were doors on most sides of the building.I try to enter enter the side door and couldn't.I tell the front desk attendant and he said YOU DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME.When you're exhausted and have been driving for hours it's unacceptable.Also someone checked me out at 4 am and got a number of calls asking me if I was staying another night.I wonder who did that? Do yourself a favor and pay more for a better hotel .Room smelled like stale smoke

Very clean. Staff was polite and friendly. Room recently refurbished. Rooms very minimal, windows did not open but satisfactory. Breakfast was exceptionally minimal but served its purpose.
