The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness.

Hotels.com website incorrect- Did not advise numerous additional charges as per notice in hotel window example- Bed linen 10 euro per person Towels 10 euro per person Etc etc. Kichen - not well equiped items missing Wardrobe - no hanging space only shelves Sofa bed - not comfortable and inconvenient as small room Accept self catering room but not one piece of loo roll and no cleaning materials The reception was closed our first 2 days On the plus side pool and sauna good also free parking. A little effort from the company to make the stay comfortable and welcoming is all that is needed

Good hotel but error in the hotels.com website
The hotel was fantastic, very nice personnel and comfortable for a family stay. However, for us it was located in the wrong place, because in the hotels.com webpage, the map (incorrectly) indicated that it was at the ax-3-domaines ski resort. This was a clear error from the website. After traveling to the ski resort, we had to came back to the valley, and it was a big disappointment for the family. We have complained, but we got no compensation so far.

L’annonce indique Tv , Wi-Fi, d’accord mais payants et très chers. Vue imprenable sur un « mur », le soleil, gratuit, est derrière. Pas vraiment la déprime, mais l’enthousiasme est discret et mesuré.

Télécabines en face de la résidence : qui peut être un avantage.... ou pas. Accueil très sympathique du manager de la résidence ! Appartement très propre comme l’ensemble de la résidence. Piscine peu profonde mais suffisante pour faire quelques longueurs.

Très bon séjour en plein coeur du très joli village. Piscine et sauna agréables. Bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage que la télévision est en plus du prix du séjour. Un bémol le balcon trop petit.

Excelente para esquiar. A la puerta de remontes.
Es la segunda vez que estamos. Increíble para ir a esquiar. Dotado con todo lo que necesitas. Algo anticuado. Tiene piscina interior y sauna. Internet gratis sólo en recepción. Debiera ser gratis en los apartamentos. Personal muy correcto y atento.
