Luxury 3 Bedroom Garden Apartment

Superb South facing 3 bedroom with large terrace and private garden.The apartment has all you would need for a relaxing holiday from games to beach towels. A master bedroom with ensuite, a second bathroom to service the other 2 bedrooms, a lounge/dinning room with space for dining and relaxing, a fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher to give your more time for a holiday. All the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen have doors leading to the patio or garden.

The terrace being south facing means its perfect for soaking up the sun or watching the sun set in the distance. Best of all its perfect for alfresco wining and dining. Leading from the garden is a gate with direct access to the shared swimming pool including childrens pool.

The apartment is located on the Costa Esuri golf courses 5 minutes outside the picturesque fishing town of Ayamonte and 20 minutes from the stunning beaches at Isla Canela.
The whole Costa Esuri development is set within the protected Marismas del Guadiana, the marshes of the Guadiana estuary which surround Ayamonte and are rich in wildlife including herons, storks and flamingos. Perfect for those birdwatchers amongst you.
For the golfers the Costa Esuri has two courses, one being a championship course that is one of the best in area.

Vivienda bastante nueva y bien cuidada
Urbanización bien cuidada, cerca del acceso a Portugal y también a Ayamonte. Senderos cerca para ir a correr. A la casa sólo le falta un poco más de menaje en la cocina y poder eliminar a las hormigas.

Lovely Apartment.
Great house. We stayed for two weeks, and it was just perfect. The house has great areas, and the kitchen (even though not being big) has everything needed and beyond. The garden area is also great, and the pool was a bit busy but altogether very nice. We were 4 people and the apartment was wide enough and well furnished. All the bedrooms were great and cool during summer; and the outside terrace is perfect for meals or chill out time. The only problem were the mosquitoes, but then again that is very common in that area. And also the urbanization is a bit far from everything, so you have to use your car to go anywhere else (but has one thing in it´s favor: it is a very quiet place!) Lovely experience, Definitely a place to come back. Sofia (Portugal)
