From checking in to departing, couldn’t fault, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic and food was excellent. The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure my 5 star stay. Highly recommended.

Fire alarm disturbance
Greeted by a friendly young lady (great start) lovely evening meal(great) Down hill from there.i had a really important business meeting on the following day The fun started late evening when I was awoken by the fire alarm, stood in the freezing car park for 15 minutes this was followed by at least 4 other false alarms ( supposedly caused by someone smoking in their room.I understand from another guest this happened the previous . The most important thing when staying at a hotel is a good night’s sleep, unfortunately this was not delivered.

We have stayed there a few times over the last 12 months and really enjoy our stay at the hotel. Lovely room with open fire to sit and enjoy your drinks and the breakfast and food always really good. Booked again in December to stay sat and Sunday.
