Enparan - baskeyrentals
Enparan is a newly built building, from 2023, with an aerothermal system for constant air regeneration and A+ energy efficiency that makes this home an ideal place to enjoy tourism in the Urola Valley. The house is located in the same medieval almond of Azpeitia. A place full of history and architectural heritage. Feel the 16th century of the town in full splendor, where figures such as Martin Zurbano, Bishop of Tuy and author of the first incunable of a Basque, lived in the palace that is located a few meters from the house, currently is the Tourist Office. Find the only reference to the Mudejar in Gipuzkoa, with the houses of the Altuna family and the musician of the Catholic Monarchs Juan de Antxieta just a few meters away.
Azpeitia has all the focus directed at the Sanctuary of Loyola, built next to the house where the most universal Basque and founder of the company of Jesus, Saint Ignatius of Loyola, was born. But, outside of this universal figure, the municipality of Azpeitia has a series of very important figures who have left a very important architectural legacy that can be enjoyed a few meters from the home. In addition, it has one of the most complete and interesting railway museums in Europe. A train museum that has interesting steam locomotive trips on weekends. It is a valley that offers many alternatives for nature, cultural and family tourism, with the Ekain caves and the historic center of Azkoitia, birthplace of Basque pelota, within a 5-kilometer radius and also close to the highway to get closer to San Sebastian in just over half an hour by car. And in less than 1 hour from Bilbao and Vitoria. If you don't want to use the car, don't worry, you have a bus stop a few meters away, where you have a good frequency to go to Zumaia, Zarautz, Eibar and Donostia.
The house is for 3 people distributed in two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One with a 1.35m bed, with access to a spacious interior patio with some natural light, where the boiler and washing machine are located. The other room has a 1.50m double bed. It consists of a balcony that is completely exterior, from where a lot of natural light enters. Like the living room, which opens onto another balcony where you can enjoy having breakfast or a meal with views of the Urola River, which you can cook in a small but complete kitchen that has all kinds of appliances to enjoy cooking. In addition to an oven, microwave and induction hob, it also has a dishwasher.
A spacious, modern home that smells new, where you can spend a few days relaxing and with a lot to discover in the Urola valley, under the shelter of the Izarraitz and Hernio massif. And, with the coast less than half an hour away by car. Sea and mountains within reach in a valley that will surprise you. Come and discover it by staying in this warm home.
