New construction hotel so it feels modern and clean. AC unit in room is so nice to escape from the tropical heat of the day. Pool is refreshing, though on the smaller side. Great location to walk to various places throughout Bacalar. Highly recommended to rent a bike to get around much faster.

From the outside and area, we were a bit turned off. HOWEVER, once you enter the gates of the property- it’s beautiful and the rooms are GREAT. The area ended up being great and close to many places to eat and access to the lagoon. Would stay again.

We stayed one night and it served its purpose. The room was clean. The beds are firm and there isn’t much of a blanket; it’s just a light duvet. However, because the area is usually very warm, it was really all you needed. It also has a/c to help regulate the room temperature. The front desk was quite informative and accommodating.

Excelente el lugar y la atención personalizada, Instalaciones nuevas, muy limpio y con buen mantenimiento. Bien ubicado, cerca del centro y buenos restaurantes. El único aspecto que no nos gustó es que aunque pagamos nuestra estancia por adelantado, el reglamento del hotel pide dejar un depósito extra. Como que eso no me había tocado antes

Très bel hôtel, propre et accueillant. Le jardin permet de se prélasser après une journée au soleil. Le seul point négatif est que le voisin de l’immeuble possède ses chiens qui jappent énormément le soir tombé jusque tard dans la nuit.
