La habitación no es limpiada a profundidad, específicamente el baño. No hay mosquiteras para tanto mosquito por doquier y se fue la luz, por ende no hay bomba para el servicio de agua y tampoco internet (la señal móvil es pésima).

Good Value, Super-Comfy - and on the Lake!
Yay! What incredible value for money! It isn't the Ritz, but the room was comfortable, clean, the water was hot and it was a bargain on one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. If you feel like being budget-conscious, but still want to go somewhere beautiful go here. We've got plenty of money, but what we saved on accomodation here - we got to spend of lots of daytime activities! After all, it's just a sleeping quarters! And you are able to go down to the pier and immerse yourself in beautiful fresh water. If you want a low-key, my super-comfy with an extra bargain twist, this is your place!

This hotel is an absolute disaster. The service is abysmal, with staff who couldn't care less about their guests. The building itself is crumbling, and it's clear that maintenance is a foreign concept to them. The rooms are filthy, with towels that are practically disintegrating, and enough algae and mold to start a biology experiment. This place is a breeding ground for disappointment. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such neglect. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dump at all costs. They have the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for this sorry excuse of accommodation. Steer clear unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

Great location for sure and you can use their water craft for free that was all 5 star , my problem was the room it could have been better, they are painting the rooms and it looks good but the smell of paint is not what you want to smell when you are on vacation , the bed was uncomfortable, i’ve been to a lot of hotel this is not worth $70, also if you want beer - this is not the place to buy , Mxn $75 for a bottle of dos X , the shower head doesn’t work so i have to remove so we can use it, when we arrived i had to get them to put curtain and get the towels myself. Not going back to this hotel

Será excelente opción finalizada la remodelación!
El hotel está en remodelación y con nueva administración, las habitaciones limpias, con ventilador, aire acondicionado y televisión así como wifi, tiene un restaurante sencillo pero con ricos desayunos americanos, la atención de Daniel siempre fue muy buena así como de la administración, muy atentos, la vista y el acceso a la laguna son increíbles !!!

Definitivamente no se hospeden en este lugar, y si puede expedía excluirlo de las opciones recomendadas harían un gran trabajo, instalaciones descuidadas , sucias no cumplen lo que prometen, todo apesta a cañería, aléjense de ese hospedaje, arruinaría todo tu viaje definitivamente nunca había visto algo peor, había insectos por toda la habitación, mosquitos y como un tipo de hormigas y polillas y afuera había ranas, no nos dieron toallas, no nos dieron shampoo, promete tener televisor y es falso, el desayuno no quisimos ni probarlo de tan sucio que se veía el lugar, había sangre en el baño, y pelos en las paredes , las almohadas olían a rancio, los ventiladores tenían fácil dos años sin lavarse, definitivamente EL PEOR LUGAR PARA PASAR TUS VACACIONES

El lugar es bonito porque tiene muelle privado y está cómodo estar ahí por las tardes en los camastros. Sin embargo las habitaciones son muy sencillas y pequeñas, tiene aire acondicionado pero la limpieza deja que desear pues había un bicho seco desde que llegué y nunca fue barrido, otro aspecto es que no hubo aguados noches y cuando llegas crees que ya está todo pagado y te hacen saber que todavía debes pagar una cantidad por un impuesto que no se había mencionado antes. Deben tomar en cuenta que no está tan cerca del pueblo por lo que no hay al rededor una tienda o lugar para comer y los precios que maneja el hotel son caros, no está de más comprar agua y quizá algo para comer. La vista es bonita y la laguna limpia, hay mesa de ping pong y chalecos salvavidas.

Super recomendable si quieres desconectar del mundo. Muy tranquilo y confortable. La atención fue super buena e incluso la habitación estaba lista desde antes. Tienen una vista espectacular de la laguna y el muelle muy cómodo.
